How much does CenturySync cost?
CenturySync costs $79 per month plus $1.50 per unit. For example, a 24-unit building would pay $79 + $36 = $115 per month. The one-time setup fee of $1,467 includes scanning up to 2,000 paper documents.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Everything: unlimited document storage, mobile apps for iPhone and Android, public website for your association, board forum access, email-to-upload feature, owner communication tools, compliance tracking, and ongoing support.
Does CenturySync scan paper documents?
Yes, the setup fee includes scanning up to 2,000 paper documents. Additional scanning is $0.25 per page. This is especially valuable for associations with decades of records in filing cabinets or boxes.

Yes, CenturySync offers native mobile apps for both iPhone and Android. Access documents, receive push notifications, and manage your association from anywhere. Mobile apps are included at no additional cost.
What documents can I store in CenturySync?
Unlimited storage for all association records: meeting minutes, budgets, contracts, bylaws, insurance policies, reserve studies, inspection reports, and more. Upload via the web portal or email them to your dedicated upload address.
Can unit owners request documents through CenturySync?
Yes. Under Florida law, associations must provide requested documents within 10 business days. With CenturySync's full-text search, you can find any document instantly and respond to requests quickly.
How does CenturySync send notifications to owners?
Via email and SMS text messages. Send announcements to all unit owners with one click. Every notification is timestamped and logged for a complete audit trail, helping you meet Florida's notice requirements.
Does CenturySync track tenants and leases?
